No effort needed.
Fully clothed, just sit for 30 minutes.
Toilet troubles and lower-body decline that come with age. “I want to do something — but hard exercise never lasts.” BIJIRIS, the pelvic floor training chair, was born for exactly these grown-up concerns. Simply sit, fully clothed, and it approaches the deep muscles directly — building the body’s foundation for walking your own way, for life.
Three Features

No changing, no contact
Because these concerns are delicate, care should be stress-free. You stay fully clothed and simply sit — no embarrassment, no preparation.
Training volume beyond willpower
Using advanced technology, 30 minutes of sitting supports a number of muscle contractions difficult to achieve on your own — efficiently supporting pelvic floor muscle training.
Toward frailty & toilet-trouble care
Supporting pelvic floor training also connects to toilet-trouble care, an approach toward correct posture, tummy care, and future frailty care. (* Individual results may vary.)
Approaching both fast- and slow-twitch muscles
The pelvic floor muscle group combines fast-twitch fibers (instant response) and slow-twitch fibers (endurance). BIJIRIS automatically alternates optimal frequencies to stimulate both.
Fast-twitch approach
Supports “instant response” training — preparing for sudden abdominal pressure such as sneezing or coughing.
Slow-twitch approach
Supports “endurance” training — for continuously holding the internal organs in their proper position.
FAQ
Q. Does it hurt?
Almost no pain. You will feel a curious tapping / squeezing sensation as muscles contract. Intensity is adjusted to each guest, so please feel at ease.
Q. Can I use it during menstruation or pregnancy?
Guests who are pregnant, or possibly pregnant, cannot use BIJIRIS. Sessions during menstruation are possible, though improved blood flow may temporarily increase bleeding.
Q. How often should I come?
We recommend an intensive pace of 1–2 sessions per week for the first month, then 1–2 maintenance sessions per month.
